Where Every Sip Tells a Story

Our Story

A Taste of Heritage in the Heart of West Texas

Sabor de Zacatecas was born from a passion for bringing authentic flavors and refined hospitality to Pecos. More than just a café or a bar, we are a gathering place where the warmth of hospitality meets the sophistication of craft.

Whether you join us for a morning pour of our single-origin espresso, a leisurely lunch, or an evening cocktail under soft lighting, every detail is curated to create a moment of pause and pleasure in your day.
